- 1 bunch fresh asparagus
- 2-3 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 c fresh grated parmesan cheese
- Wash and trim the asparagus, and place it in a 9 x 13 baking pan.
- Drizzle the EVOO and the parmesan cheese on top of the asparagus.
- Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes or until slightly crispy on the tips.
