My husband and I are always  trying to take new steps towards a healthier lifestyle. Our latest adventure? Cutting out anything that has added sugar. It is INCREDIBLE how many foods have added sugar in them!! I mean, we already tried to stick to only purchasing foods from the perimeter of the store, but even then, it took me paying attention to realize how many items had added sugar in them. As we are still figuring this new lifestyle out, I want to share the ones that seemed to be a success! So below are links to my new no-sugar-added lifestyle in hopes that they will encourage you towards a healthier lifestyle!
